• Monday -Monday needed 7a-5p; 4 nights on call 5p-7a (home call)
• 13-week assignment
• Types of Cases: Chronic and Acute Dialysis, Kidney Transplants, No Kidney Biopsy
• PPD: 5-17 (2 providers on site)
• Inpatient
• EMR: EPIC

Required:
• TX License; active and unrestricted
• Board Certified/Nephrology or Pediatric Nephrology
• DEA
