Urgent Care Physician Assistant Needed in Connecticut

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for a full-time locum tenens position at various urgent care clinics in Connecticut and New York. This role involves providing urgent care services to a diverse patient population, including all ages. The ideal candidate will hold CT and NY licenses and have at least 2 years of urgent care experience or 1 year of emergency room experience. Responsibilities include performing basic urgent care procedures and managing a high volume of patients. EMR charting is done through EPIC, and mandatory EMR training will be provided onsite.

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required
State Licenses: CT and NY preferred
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS required
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of urgent care experience or 1 year of ER experience
Additional Requirements: Ability to float between multiple locations
