A facility is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage.

About the clinician's workday
The position will have 7:00 am to 7:00 am shifts at a 25-bed hospital. Duties include labor and delivery, emergency GYN, and ER pediatrics admitted to the hospital. Required procedures are labor and delivery, C-sections, and emergency OB/GYN or pediatric coverage. There will be no neonatal care; the OB/GYN will stabilize and transfer if needed.
Additional job details
- Case load/PPD: 1-2 newborns a day - this varies - We delivered 300 babies in total last year
- Support staff: Family Birth Center Nursing staff and Anesthesia staff
- Call ratio/schedule: TBD
