General Surgery NP/PA Coverage Needed in San Leandro, CA

This facility is seeking a General Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm. No weekends. No call.

W2 position. Benefits coverage can also be considered.

Credentialing finalization takes about 45-60 days in Northern California. Must be Board Certified. CA licensing for PAs may be considered.

• Setting: OR
• Types of Cases: General Surgery, Urology, GI, and Gynecology Cases Daily – May utilize provider for general cases without robotics depending on census and providers experience. First Assist is required.
• PPD/Census: Estimated 2-6 cases daily depending on caseload/cases that day – Days broken up by department (Example – General Surgery does 3 days per week, Tuesday is Urology, Fridays are GYN)
