Qualifications
• Board Certified
• Interventional & Diagnostic
• Fellowship Required: Interventional
• State License- Florida with Active DEA at time of Presentation
• Minimum number of shifts per month- 5
• Required Skillset: Basic IR, Thoras, Paras, CT guided biopsies, dialysis catherter placement, GI bleed, Embolization
• Clinicians are expected to cross-credential a surrounding sites
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval
Working Hours
• Shifts: Mon - Fri (9a-5p); No weekend hours at this site; however, there is weekend DX coverage in reading the work list: 12p-6p, 7a-1p, 1p-7a *Dr. Patel will provide needs since she manages schedule
• Call: IR call (+ back-up IR call) covers all facilities *can assist in covering call if has the correct IR skillset. DX Rad on call covers all facilities. *Dr. Patel will provide needs since she manages schedule
About The Facility
• Bulk of day is reading DX supporting
• Daily IR Volume- 0-5 per day
• Percentage Split: 54% CT, .12% Angi, 30% CT, .9% MG, .6% MG, 2.5% MR, .5% NM, 11% US
• RVU Expectations: 8-10
• Average time to credential: 60-90 days
• EMR: Meditech/ Fluency & GE
