Qualifications
• Board Certified
• Interventional & Diagnostic
• Fellowship Required: Interventional
• State License- Florida with Active DEA at time of Presentation
• Minimum number of shifts per month- 7
• Required Skillset: Venous access, DVT and PE intervention, Dialysis access management, Interventional Oncology (including multimodality ablation), Urologic procedures, basic image guided procedures including but not limited to, biopsies and drainages.
• Clinicians are expected to cross-credential a surrounding sites
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval
Working Hours
• 8a-5p
• Call and Weekends are required
About The Facility
• Must be able to read 70-80 DX in between IR Cases
• Must be proficient in Venous access, DVT and PE intervention, Dialysis access management, Interventional Oncology (including multimodality ablation), Urologic procedures, basic image guided procedures including but not limited to, biopsies and drainages.
• Modality Split: CR 48%, CT 34%, CTA 1%, MG 1%, MR 4%, NM 1%, US 10%
• DX Volume: 6500/month
• IR Volume: 50-80/month
• Mammo Volume: 80/month
• EMR- Meditech/ Fluency & GE
