• BC/BE
• State License- Florida
• Active DEA at time of Presentation
• Minimum number of shifts per month- 7
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval
Working Hours
• 8a-5p
• 7a-4p
About The Facility
• Must be Proficient in: Basic Fluoro, Upper GIs, barium enema Para, Thora, biopies
• RVU Expectations 6-8/hr
• EMR- Connect
• Average cases per day: 50
• Average Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days
