Qualifications
• BC/BE
• State License- Florida
• Active DEA at time of Presentation
• Minimum number of shifts per month- 5
• Must have clean file
• Clinicians will be expected to cross-credential at surrounding sites
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval
Working Hours
• 1p-10p
• 9p-7a
• 8a-5p
About The Facility
• Required Procedures- General DX-CT and some Fluoro. Must be able to read a higher level of ER Work
• On-site
• 50/50 Plain Film & Cross Sectionals
• RVU- 6/hr onsite
• EMR- EPIC
• Average Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
• Temp Privileges accepted
