Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic health record system within expected timeframes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements.
Compliance and Quality Improvement:
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to substance abuse detoxification.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
