SPECIALTY: CARDIOTHORACIC SURGERY
LOCATION: UTAH
JOB TYPE: LOCUM TENENS – Inpatient Call Coverage
JOB NUMBER: 47327

DESCRIPTION: Place your bid and presentation by May 5th, 2024, at 5 pm EST.

• Schedule/Availability: Must be able to cover 7 consecutive shifts per week.
o 7 on + 7 off schedules.

• 24 hr. call coverage. Full-time and ongoing.
• Surgery Case Coverage: 1-2 days per week.
• Primarily: Hospital Coverage
• Call shift: Includes 8 hours for rounding.
• *** Excellent Flat Rate + OT hourly (Applies after 8 hours) ***.
• Reason for Locum: Fill role until permanent replacement is staffed.
• Support Staff: 2 Mid-levels. MA
• EMR: EPIC
• Travel/Lodging Coverage: SUMO will cover and will detail all need, at time of presentation (To include dietary restrictions, if necessary. City where will be traveling from.)

REQUIRED:
• UT state license; active, unrestricted. – REQUIRED, or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission).
• Board Certified – Cardiothoracic Surgery
• DEA
• Credentialing: Allow for 30 days.
COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
