As a QMHP at A Time 2 Heal Llc, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals in our care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Additionally, you will provide counseling, therapy, and support services aimed at promoting recovery and improving overall functioning.


- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and identify treatment goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client and other treatment team members.
- Provide counseling, therapy, and crisis intervention services to individuals and groups.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with external providers and community resources to coordinate care and support clients' transition to community-based services.


- Enrolled or Completed MCR training
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience working in a mental health setting providing direct services to clients.
- Strong clinical assessments
